Frequently asked questions

How Do I Download My Item?

Etsy sends out a download notification email (from transaction@etsy.com) after purchase. This sometimes goes to spam or the junk folder. This email has a link for instant access.

You can also access your files through your Etsy account. To access your digital file(s), go to Your Account > Purchases and reviews and look for the order.

To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

Please let me know if you this doesn't work for you. I'm happy to email you the files if needed.

Where Should I Print?

You can print your files at home as many times as you would like, keeping in mind your personal printers limitations on size options.

Recommended online prints with great quality: Mpix (up to 24x36" prints), Shutterfly (up to 20x30" prints), and Snapfish (up to 20x30" prints).
You could also look into, Vistaprint, Costco, and Staples.

Recommended in-store prints: Costco, Walmart, Walgreens, Staples, Office Depo, and FedEx.

I recommend getting matte or semi-matte photo paper (rather than glossy) for a more artistic look.

Where Can I Find Affordable Frames?

Check out your local stores and online, some suggestions: Etsy, Amazon, Walmart, Target, IKEA, Homegoods, and Hobby Lobby.

I adore having an excuse to check out my local antique stores (here you’ll want to think of the prices) and thrift shops (typically the cheaper option). Take a look at the art they have as well, you can usually remove the old picture or art work and simply use the frame!
